Ensure that the Caps Lock is not on, as the password field is case sensitive. If you cannot remember your password, you can request it by clicking on ‘Forgot Password?’ and it will be emailed to you.

Members Bar
The exclusive Members Bar, located on Level 6 of the Royal Festival Hall, is now open for Southbank Centre Full Members. The Bar, with designer furniture and spectacular views over the river Thames, provides high quality food and drink not available from other bars across the site. Members please note you will need your membership card to make purchases from the Bar. If you don’t have your card with you, we will be happy to issue you a temporary replacement, valid on the day of issue only, from any Southbank Centre Ticket Office.
WiFi for Members
The Members Bar is Wi-Fi enabled, but the connection is password protected. Please obtain the password from the membership assistant or from the Bar staff. This is a FREE service.
